Established on October 1984, the working group "Human Resources" was originally called "Working Group Review" and "Professional Development Working Group". For several years it looked on quality assurance as well as training and qualification of linguists.
In the mid-90s the group's field of study was expanded to all questions dealing with the management of human resources.
The importance of formal and informal exchange and team cohesion has been highlighted by the pandemic.
In light of the experience of the pandemic, how can language professionals (re)create opportunities to encourage and enhance formal and informal exchange and team cohesion, keeping in mind that things may not return to the pre-pandemic normal?
